George A. Woodley founded Shoring Engineers in 1966. With construction experience spanning over five decades, he has vast knowledge and expertise in the drilling, shoring, excavating, and shotcrete industries. George is also responsible for many of the innovations and tooling adaptations that have repeatedly increased efficiencies while saving money. He continues to be actively involved with Shoring Engineers and remains an invaluable asset and friend to both our employees and clients.
Shoring Engineers has remained at the forefront of the shoring, caisson, excavation and shotcrete industries for over 40 years. Headquartered outside of Los Angeles, we can easily meet the needs of our clients in Phoenix, San Diego, San Francisco, Las Vegas and many other outlying areas.
By evolving to add excavation and shotcrete divisions, we have helped provide a seamless transition between trades which rely on each other heavily.
Many of our employees have augmented their expertise through participation in professional associations such as the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) and American Society of Civil Engineers. With countless projects completed in California, Arizona, Utah and Nevada, our “hands-on” management approach has consistently brought successful results.
